GFP are manufacturers of moulded and fabricated GRP baffle plates and GRP baffle walls. They are designed to direct and regulate the flow of water and guard against a water vessel or course from filling up too quickly. They are simply a robust solution which can span any type or tank and any width and very easy to install. GFP have supplied and installed GRP baffle walls to the Water Treatment Industry for contractors on different areas of Sewage and Water Treatment Works including Storm Tanks, Aeration Tanks and Oxidation Ditches. We fabricate our The picture opposite shows a GRP baffle wall installed in an Oxidation Ditch, Anerobic Zone, they were 5.4m high x 4m wide and lifted into place by a 8 tonne crane. The GRP baffle wall was pre fabricated off site in the GFP yard and broken down for easy delivery.
