GRP SheetGRP flat sheet is manufactured to customer requirements with a variety of resins for usage in general purpose, high temperature and chemical environments. GRP sheet is made using hand lay production on purpose made fibreglass moulds in a controlled environment. The raw materials of the GRP sheet are typically resin, chopped strand mat (woven roving cloth can be added for extra strength if needed) and Gelcoat. GFP manufacture Polyester, Vinyl Ester and Epoxy GRP / Fibreglass sheet to the relevant British Standards. It is available in various thicknesses from 3mm up to 12mm with a smooth gelcoat high gloss or matt finish to one side and a scrim tissue textured finish to the reverse. Other finishes like gritted and flow coated can be custom made to specific customer requirement. All BS 4800 and 5252 or RAL colours are available. A Colour Match service for the GRP sheet is also available on request.
