GRP Grating CoversGFP are fabricators of small and large span GRP covers which are manufactured in accordance with our customer's requirements. We have supplied covers for many end uses over 40 years of our trading and these include odour control, open and closed mesh and deck flooring, manhole covers and all sizes of circular or four sided covers. Odour Control CoversWe hold stock of solid top (4mm thick) GRP moulded Interlocking Decking Plank, ideal for Odour Control situations, covers and flooring systems. The support ribs underneath are at 45mm spacings and they are T shaped for added strength. It can be supplied in standard 6m x 0.5m wide and the interlocking planks are easy to fit and seal odours with neoprene or mastic. The top surface is either gritted, anti-slip or ungritted and are lightweight, weighing 8.7kg / m.The picture opposite shows a cover on on inlet works for sampling and this was made using GRP decking plank sections for easy 1 man removal and came complete with a fall arrest grid for safety reasons.
